Dandy Villas are pleased to present you one of their 4 new accommodations: “BluePansyComplex“ which is located at the most central point of the mythical Tsagkarada of Pelion, the mountain of the Centaurs.

It is a unique, private, luxurious accommodation for all seasons of the year. Each season here has its own color, its own music, its own warmth and charm.

An ideal destination that combines relaxation, rest, wonderful nature – environment, comfort and social life. A classic destination for all tastes. But mostly, for nature lovers: the green of nature, the blue of the sky…

The house and part of a complex of 4 houses is located in the traditional settlement of Agia Paraskevi, just 2 minutes walk from the square of the settlement – with its characteristic huge 13 centuries old plane tree.

The ‘’BluePansyComplex’’ consists of two houses with separate entrances each. Entering the first house you will find a single room where there is a living room with a fireplace, a double bed, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen.

There is one more small room with a wardrobe that we call “children’s room”. Next to it there is a comfortable bathroom with a bathtub.

Here, inside and outside the house, blue and white colors dominate, the decoration is lighter than the other houses, but at the same time, it is special, romantic in the shades of blue pansy, the rare but so beautiful flower of this land.

Before entering the second house on your left there is a roofed balcony with a table and chairs to enjoy the beautiful landscape with chestnut trees, hydrangeas, towering plane trees at any time of the day.

Entering the house you will find the main living room of the house with the fireplace, where there is a corner sofa-bed suitable for sleeping 2 people, an old chest of drawers and a mirror from another era. Then there is a sideboard and a dining room where you can enjoy your breakfast, lunch or dinner. Moving a little further you will find the fully equipped kitchen.

On the same floor there is a small WC that serves the lower floor.

Continuing, upstairs there are two rooms with 1 double bed in each and a large bathroom with bathtub. The floors are connected via a wooden staircase. One of the nicest rooms in the house is the patio, a sitting area surrounded by windows where in the winter you can enjoy the snow-capped mountains or imperious sea – in the company of a hot or cold drink.

In the courtyards of the houses there are a small swimming pool (3x2m.) and a big jacuzzi (2,5×2,5m.) for 4 people each – there you can relax under the wonderful sun or the starry sky – whichever you love more. In the rest of the yard there is built in garden furniture for lounging, reading or enjoying a meal of your choice. In all areas of the house you have Wi-Fi access so you can surf the internet whenever you need it.

“BluePansy Complex“ is located in one of the most famous villages of Pelion, Tsagkarada.

Tsagarada was built around 1600 AD. It is full of mansions that are sparsely built one from the other.

The location of our 4 Dandy Villas in Pelion is ideal as they are just 650 meters from the village square, Agia Paraskevi, where one of the oldest trees in Greece and perhaps Europe is located, the plane tree of Tsagarada. With the coolness that this historical plane tree will offer you, you will enjoy your coffee, local delicacies and your drink in the evening. The truly stately Tsagarada, one of the most beautiful and well-known villages of the mountain, offers a wonderful view of the Aegean Sea.

It is divided into four districts, each with a different hue. First the district of Agios Taxiarches, then the district of Agia Paraskevi and then Agios Stefanos. Lastly, Agia Kyriaki which is lower than the others.

The picturesque houses of the village nestle sparsely, in the green of the mountain. A place with constant tourist traffic in winter and summer.

The village has many mansions, of the well-known Pelioreite architecture, as well as of the one that was created – a hundred years ago – when the expats of this place built their mansions in a different rhythm.

The port of Tsagarada, the famous Mylopotamos, with two wonderful sandy beaches with very small pebbles, which do not stick to the body of the bathers, constitutes a beautiful corner of the Aegean. The coastal location of Fakistraalso has wild beauty. From this beach one can go by boat to the place of Panagia Megalomata, which is a cave dedicated to Panagia (Mother Mary), where there is also an icon of her. Next to this cave, according to tradition, was the Hidden School where monks taught the children to read and write during the Turkish occupation.

For those who love winter activities, the ski center of Pelion is quite close at 21 km (about 30 minutes by car).
