This accommodation is located near the center of the picturesque, traditional settlement next to Byzantine churches, stone-built narrow streets and old mansions. In a neighborhood that speaks of centuries of history.

“Our house” is extremely close to the house where the Old Palaion Patron Germanos lived and this is the reason why we feel particularly lucky and proud of our privileged location.

Coming here (to Dimitsana) we invite you to visit the “Folklore Museum”, the 6 gunpowder mills around the city, the houses of Patriarch Gregory V and various other captains of the 21st century, the mansions of special architecture, the wonderful “Fountain of Mustafa”, the excellent “Hydrodynamic museum” and many other attractions in, next or around Dimitsana.

Dimitsana is full of Byzantine churches.

Seven churches are from the 17th, 18th and 19th centuries and are characterized as real architectural masterpieces.

Don’t leave without seen them or admire them with your own eyes. You will feel overwhelmed, and an undeniable awe.

“Dandy Villas – Dimitsana” is built on the most amphitheater point of the area, offering a magical view of open horizon.

In our premises, in a two-storey fully renovated building, we can ideally accommodate 6 people and, due to the existence of large sofa beds in the space, we can easily accommodate another 4 people or children, that is, a total of up to 10 people.

We start the virtual tour from the ground floor: here you will find a reception area and in front of you a table with wooden benches.

On the left there are two large sofas (length approx. 3.0 x 1.20 m), which have a double use: on the one hand, for the guests of the house to relax, all in the same area in the same area, enjoying a glass of red wine, but also for them to sleep the extra people of a large group or family. In the same area, there is a bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed.

From the ground floor you will ascend to the up via an internal staircase, which will take you to the kitchen and upstairs rooms.

Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom contains a double bed, while the second has 2 single beds and a fireplace.

To the left of the entrance is a sitting area with a built-in wall-to-wall bed (3.40 x 1.45 m) and a beautiful fireplace.

Ideal for the independent, individual. In addition, on the same floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a small dining room, a bathroom and WC.

The house has 1 balcony on first floor and 2 courtyards on the ground floor.

The house has two entrances on each floor from one entrance – where you can use both – depending on where you come from. There is a municipal parking lot very close to the house, it’s better to travel there with your smallest car. This will be convenient for commuting and parking especially during holidays.

The space is available both for a few days and longer stays for professionals, etc., remote working.

Dandy Villas Dimitsana is located at a distance of 100 meters from the square of Dimitsana, bars, restaurants, taverns, traditional shops, patisseries and about 5 minutes on foot from 2 public parking. The property does not have private parking. Here, every moment of the day, morning – evening, winter – summer, the images are unique. The setting, the atmosphere, the “air”, everything is like a movie set.

If you are familiar with sports such as rafting, canoe kayaking, climbing or mountain biking (or just want to try your hand) you are again in the ideal spot as the river and the routes around it are suitable for these activities. Of course, you should go to “Zygovistino Steki” and taste all the local culinary dishes.

Its picturesque alleys, its architecture and nature at its best. We are talking about the not unjustly famous Dimitsana. A village that you will definitely return to a second time as one visit isn’t enough!

At an altitude of 946 meters, with a wonderful view of the plain of Megalopolis and Taygetus, it flourished since Homeric times. Its name was Teuthis, but today we all know this picturesque, beautiful place with its much later name and, above all, for the great role it played in the Greek liberation struggle against the Ottoman Empire.
